Overview

Research Scientist We are seeking a motivated Research Scientist with strong expertise in targeted mass spectrometry to support cutting-edge proteomics research. Key Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and implement targeted proteomics workflows for accurate and sensitive protein quantification Perform targeted protein MS assays using LC-MS systems (nanoLC, Orbitrap) Prepare biological samples (cells, tissues, plasma, biofluids) using manual and automated workflows Analyze proteomics data with tools such as Skyline, MaxQuant, DIANN, and Spectronaut Maintain, troubleshoot, and qualify LC-MS instrumentation Qualifications

PhD in Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, or related field with 2+ years of industry experience in targeted MS-based proteomics, OR MS with 5+ years of experience Hands-on expertise in targeted MS method development (PRM, stable isotope labeled peptide assays, DDA/DIA) Skilled in sample preparation from diverse biological matrices Proven ability to independently analyze and interpret proteomics data Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills; collaborative team player Experience in expression proteomics, chemoproteomics, and/or primary cell sample prep is a plus
