Overview
About the Role:
The Licensing and Compliance Manager will lead and/or support, as applicable: (1) project relicense planning, scheduling, process implementation and coordination of consultants and vendors during relicense proceedings; (2) timely tracking, follow-up, and reporting of license compliance requirements; (3) acquiring local, state, and federal permits for planned or emergency site work and project improvements; (4) drive project compliance for multiple geographic divisions in alignment with the Operations department using an Information Management system; (5) review technical data to prepare letters, plans, and reports; (6) evaluate site-specific regulatory requirements. This position will also perform other regulatory and compliance duties as assigned.
As part of the Eagle Creek Regulatory Affairs department, regulatory staff lead and support the following main areas including project regulatory, environmental and operations compliance filings; project licensing including interfacing with Federal and State resource agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders; ongoing compliance monitoring and reporting; and document preparation and publishing.
This position will be classified as hybrid/in-person. Office positions open in Neshkoro, Wisconsin and Bethesda, Maryland.
