Responsibilities
Guide and mentor your team to ensure exceptional service, cleanliness, and adherence to Papa John’s standards.
Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste.
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining profitability through effective cost controls.
Lead operational strategies to meet and exceed company goals for quality, customer service, and profitability.
Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards to guarantee a safe, clean environment for both staff and customers.
Qualifications
Solid experience in budget management and financial analysis to drive profitability.
Excellent communication skills to effectively manage both staff and customer relations.
3+ years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
Strong leadership abilities with a passion for building and developing high-performing teams.
Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings.
Compensation $60,000 - $100,000 per year
