Manager – Midwifery (Non-Union)
Full-Time: Mon-Fri

Role Under the direction of the Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the
Manager of the Midwifery Service
functions as the manager of the Midwifery Service and as such, is responsible for the overall development of the Midwifery Service and for coordinating all the ongoing activities of the service.
Requirements
Master’s degree in arts or science with specialization in Midwifery
Current NYS Licensure as a Certified Midwife (CM) by the American College of Nurse Midwives, Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) or Licensed Midwife (LM)
RN Licensure.
Current DEA number for prescriptive privileges.
Maintain clinical competence/skills through CME and attendance at in-service conferences (60 CEUs per 2 years as required for recredentialing).
At least seven (7) years of midwifery experience, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Great communication & interpersonal skills.
Speaks, reads, and writes English to the extent required by the position.
Salary:
$180K - $190K/yr. We offer comprehensive benefits, including a 403(b) retirement plan.
