We are currently recruiting for the position of Assistant Center Store Manager - FoodMaxx - 605 Rohnert Park Expressway, Rohnert Park, CA 94928. Responsibilities

Front-End: Oversees Front-End staff (to include Cashiers and Clerks Helpers) and operations, including resource scheduling for productivity and customer service level optimization. Oversees parking lot operations and conditions; accountable for the store balancing function. Night Crew: Oversees overall Center Store operations; accountable for productivity standards, night receiving, facility security, shrink management, and readiness for next day opening. Frozen/Dairy/Deli: Responsible for productivity, freshness, stocking standards, planner execution, stock conditions, and shrink management. Evening: Oversees Center Store merchandising, product conditions, back room, shelving, and related areas. Supervises and trains associates to promote a culture aligned with Food Maxx’s mission and winning behaviors; manages performance and productivity in the assigned area to meet standards. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Provide customers with a remarkable shopping experience by training and holding associates accountable for excellent customer service. Contribute to gross profit goals through effective management of price integrity, shrink control, ordering, and product management. Lead associates in the assigned area with a focus on accountability and achieving business performance outcomes. Develop and train associates; complete supervision reports; foster a collaborative working environment. Utilize resources to improve productivity, flexibility, and efficiency of labor and shopping quality in the area. Oversee cold chain and manage shrink for the assigned area. Ensure price integrity and store cleanliness and sanitation compliance. Maintain stocking schematics, shelf conditions, display maintenance, code date rotation, and fresh image. Oversee facility security and hazardous waste processing; manage night receiving and cashier balancing when necessary. Oversee ordering and inventory processes; occasionally maintain total store operations in absence of store management. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

Strong communication, interpersonal, supervision, training, organizational, administration, and math skills; excellent customer service. Knowledge of department operations, products and processes, visual merchandising techniques, store hazardous materials handling, and food safety rules. Education

One year of college (or equivalent knowledge gained through formal education, specialized training, or additional job experience). Experience

Minimum six months as Key Carrier or nine months as Perimeter Department Manager or equivalent. Other

Must be available to work a variety of required retail hours. Will rotate/train in all Assistant Center Store Manager areas (Front-End, Night Crew, Frozen/Dairy/Deli, and Evening). Physical

Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, stoop, use stairs, reach, pull and lift objects; requires lifting up to 40 lbs. without assistance. Competencies
