Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the insurance carrier and TPA landscape Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and secure long-term contracts Present and promote the firm’s claims adjusting and catastrophe response services to decision-makers Cultivate and maintain strong, consultative relationships with current and prospective clients Collaborate cross-functionally with internal operations and claims teams to ensure client satisfaction Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and client needs to adapt sales strategy accordingly Represent the company at industry conferences, client meetings, and networking events Achieve and exceed growth targets through strategic prospecting and relationship-building Qualifications
Proven track record of success in
business development or sales leadership
within the
insurance claims adjusting industry Deep understanding of field claims operations, CAT response, and carrier needs Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to think strategically and execute tactically Self-starter with strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously Willingness to travel across Florida and attend in-person client engagements Valid driver’s license required Why This Opportunity Stands Out
