Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a
board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician
to join our established team at the North Burnet Clinic in Austin, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a
physician-led, not-for-profit healthcare system
that is nationally recognized for quality, innovation, and patient-centered care. About the Role As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive, continuous care to patients of all ages—children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about
whole-person care , skilled in managing both acute and chronic conditions, and committed to preventive medicine. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to improve patient outcomes and strengthen community health. Practice Setting The
Baylor Scott & White Clinic – North Burnet
serves the North Austin community, offering a wide range of services including: Preventive and primary care
for all ages Access to specialty care such as cardiology, dermatology, and orthopedics On-site urgent care for common conditions such as asthma, flu, skin diseases, and musculoskeletal pain Key Responsibilities Deliver
comprehensive, patient-focused primary care
across the lifespan. Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of
acute illnesses and chronic conditions . Provide
wellness exams, immunizations, and preventive screenings
tailored to patient needs. Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare team members to
coordinate care . Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with system protocols. Participate in
quality improvement initiatives
