Tatari is on a mission to revolutionize TV advertising. We work with brands to grow their business using linear and streaming TV ads. Our platform combines analytics and media buying to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital-like experience. Tatari is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager of Customer Marketing to build and scale our customer and lifecycle marketing function. This role will drive pipeline acceleration, client expansion, retention, and loyalty through integrated campaigns in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing.
You’ll join a fast-paced, high-performing marketing team reshaping the TV advertising category and helping convert interest into revenue and revenue into retention.
Responsibilities- Own the strategy and execution of full-funnel revenue marketing programs: onboarding, identifying opportunities for clients to scale, expansion, and retention campaigns
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify and prioritize marketing programs that support account growth goals
- Develop lifecycle email programs to improve client engagement and product adoption
- Launch ABM-style campaigns for strategic accounts or cohorts
- Build and maintain performance dashboards that connect marketing activities to revenue outcomes (retention, expansion, LTV)
- Collaborate with Content, Paid Media, and Product Marketing to align messaging and delivery
- Test and optimize campaign performance across email, in-product messaging, webinars, and events
- Manage marketing automation workflows and segmentation strategies
- 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience; experience in lifecycle, customer, or revenue marketing is a plus
- Proven track record designing and executing campaigns that drive retention and expansion
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring ROI and contribution to pipeline
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech is a plus
- Experience launching customer advocacy programs
- Familiarity with media buying or advertising platforms
- Strong writing skills and ability to craft compelling customer narratives
- Total compensation - $140,000-$170,000 annually; equity compensation
