The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. As a Strategy and Operations Analyst you will play a critical role within the Global Partnerships Strategy and Operations team by providing operational excellence across the Search and Gemini Partnerships organization. You will leverage investigative and project management skills to ensure our team executes efficiently and effectively. To be successful in this role, you will have strong project management capabilities, an eye for detail, and a proven track record of cross-team collaboration on business problems. You have the desire and ability to get things done in a changing environment, all while communicating effectively and maintaining adherence to established processes. You will be able to manage ambiguous problems, work with data tools and troubleshoot data issues, all while collaborating with stakeholders. You will be comfortable thinking critically about issues, relentlessly optimizing operations, executing quantitative and qualitative analyses, preparing briefings and decision framing documents, and structuring and organizing execution. You will take ownership of projects and work collaboratively to deliver impactful outcomes. The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products. Salary: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Compensation details listed reflect base salary only and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Responsibilities

Own critical business operations/processes for the Search and Gemini Partnership organizations. Produce business-critical insights (investigative and strategic) to improve operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of metrics, reporting, and operating objectives across regions, products, etc. Own and improve technical infrastructure and systems critical to Partnerships (e.g., resource allocation, activity mapping, dashboards). Own and manage key operational processes for the Search and Gemini Partnership team, including the OKR cycle and the agreement pipeline management tool; ensure data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and manage change. Provide financial oversight by developing and maintaining opex budgets, actual spend, and forecasts, coordinating with stakeholders on annual planning. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree. Preferred qualifications

Experience in a business operations role in the tech industry. Experience leading strategy work on ambiguous business problems, collaborating with wide sets of stakeholders. Experience with large datasets, identifying patterns and insights, and troubleshooting data integrity issues. Experience managing and enhancing business tools with a wide user base.
