We are seeking a detail-oriented
Accounts Payable Manager
to lead our AP operations within a shared services environment. This role is responsible for overseeing invoice processing, payment execution, and expense reporting using systems such as
SAP Concur ,
IFS ,
NetSuite
and
AS400 . The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, process optimization skills, and cross-functional collaboration experience. Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations across multiple business units within the shared services framework. Oversee invoice processing and payment management using
IFS, NetSuite and
AS400 Administer and optimize
SAP Concur for travel and expense reporting, including user setup, report approvals, and payment execution. Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies. Lead AP operations by managing at least one local team member and partnering closely with shared services center to ensure consistent execution, training and performance alignment. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments. Generate and analyze AP reports for leadership review. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
An Associate's degree in accounting or another related field preferred. Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proficiency in SAP Concur is a plus; other systems include NetSuite, AS400, and IFS Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred. Experience managing remote teams within a shared services center is a plus Strong understanding of AP workflows, compliance, and audit requirements. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Supervisory Responsibilities:
