Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, coupled with at least 8 years of hands-on experience in technology infrastructure management. Proficiency in Linux and Windows administration, server virtualization (VMware, AHV), and network switch and firewall administration. Strong experience with cloud-based infrastructures, particularly AWS, and scripting skills in PowerShell and / or Python. Familiarity with enterprise storage systems (NetApp, Pure Storage), Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop, and identity protocols (SAML, IDP, ADFS). Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Infrastructure Engineers, overseeing the day-to-day management of the firm's global infrastructure across on-premise and cloud platforms. Monitor the firm’s compute, storage, and networking infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. Deploy and maintain infrastructure services, automate routine and operational activities, and develop self-service capabilities for infrastructure services. Perform infrastructure-related maintenance, develop support runbooks, and engage in troubleshooting complex issues alongside internal teams.
