is thrilled to offer a full-time Family Medicine Physician position at our brand-new primary care practice in beautiful Niskayuna, NY (2125 River Road). This is a fantastic opportunity to be a founding provider for our brand-new location and have the support of a hospital-affiliated network. As part of our team, youll have the chance to deliver high-quality care while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Overall, we are looking for 1-2 physicians and 2 advanced practitioners for this location. Our office offers a full range of health care services for the entire family, including: routine pediatric exams (well-baby and well-child checkups, school, camp and sports physicals); adolescent medicine; routine adult and geriatric health care (including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school or insurance); care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions; and preventive immunizations and precautionary inoculations, as well as cancer screening and promotion of a healthy lifestyle. HIGHLIGHTS: Shared call rotation averaging about 1 in every 70 days, with RN triage Physician governed organization with physician led JOC Option for flexible schedule - 3, 4, or 5 day work week APP Collaboration which provides an additional source of compensation Opportunities for teaching (1 st
year AMC students and precepting NP/PA students) Opportunity for hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desired Opportunities for physician leadership/administrative work are available if interested. REQUIREMENTS: NYS licensure and DEA required Board Certified Open to experienced or new graduate candidates Strong interest in the provision of Primary Care for all ages. RECRUITMENT PACKAGE:
St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates, offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes: Competitive starting salary range of $250,000 - $260,000 with ability to earn additional money in productivity. Starting Bonus of up to $75,000 Retention Bonus of $25,000 Resident compensation available - up to 50 k per year for early sign on Excellent benefits; including health/vision/dental insurances Paid malpractice, including post-SPHP employment tail coverage CME time & expense allowance Paid time away from the practice Two-part retirement savings program with employer matching program
