is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician for
Stillwater Family Health Center . This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support. Stillwater Family Health Center
offers a full range of health care services for the entire family, including: routine pediatric exams (well-baby and well-child checkups, school, camp and sports physicals); adolescent medicine; routine adult and geriatric health care (including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school or insurance); care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions; and preventive immunizations and precautionary inoculations, as well as cancer screening and promotion of a healthy lifestyle. HIGHLIGHTS Shared call rotation averaging about 1 in every 70 days, with RN triage Physician governed organization with physician led JOC Option for flexible schedule - 3, 4, or 5 day work week APP Collaboration which provides an additional source of compensation Opportunities for teaching (1 st
year AMC students and precepting NP/PA students) Opportunity for hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desired Opportunities for physician leadership/administrative work are available if interested. REQUIREMENTS: NYS licensure and DEA required Board Certified Open to experienced or new graduate candidates Strong interest in the provision of Primary Care for all ages. RECRUITMENT PACKAGE St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes: Competitive starting salary range of $250,000 - $260,000 with ability to earn additional money in productivity. Bonus structure of up to $75,000 Retention Bonus of $25,000 - Year 2 Resident compensation available - up to 50k per year for early sign on Excellent benefits; including health/vision/dental insurances Paid malpractice, including post-SPHP employment tail coverage CME time & expense allowance Paid time away from the practice Two part retirement savings program with employer matching program
