Director of Family Medicine
A Director of Family Medicine is needed in Portage, Indiana.

This opportunity is with a mission-driven outpatient clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, team-based primary care to families across Northwest Indiana. As the clinical leader, you will guide a team of providers while maintaining your own patient panel in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: $260,000 $275,000 annually
- Vacation: 160 hours per year
- Personal Time: 40 hours per year
- Continuing Medical Education: 40 hours + $2,500 annual allowance

Responsibilities
- Provide direct outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages
- Oversee clinical quality, provider mentorship, and team development
- Collaborate with administrative and clinical leadership to improve operations and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and evidence-based care guidelines
- Work standard business hours (no nights, weekends, or on-call)
- Schedule options include 5x8s or 4x10s for optimal work-life balance
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering comprehensive, accessible care
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Active and unrestricted medical license in the State of Indiana
- Leadership experience required (clinical supervision or medical director background preferred)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills
- Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations
