Summary:

Meta is looking for a Brand Marketer with experience re-energizing established brands at scale. In this role, you will be a part of Facebook Brand Marketing efforts to restage the Facebook brand, recruit and engage a new generation of users - from crafting the strategy to executing marketing initiatives and full-funnel campaigns that drive business growth, user value and brand relevance. We are looking for someone who thrives in an ambiguous environment, is skilled at leading complex cross-functional initiatives with a wide-range of stakeholders, and is a strategic problem-solver who understands the business impact of efficient and effective operations. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strategic, organization and communication skills, and the capacity to manage various teams and stakeholders effectively.

Facebook Brand Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

Develop brand marketing initiatives: Lead the development of campaigns and go-to-market strategy for our brand campaigns and tentpole moments - that meets our short and long term business goals

Insights driven: Inform our overall global brand strategy based on in-depth understanding of users, product, business landscape in key markets

Work with cross-functional teams: Work with partners including Product Marketing, Consumer Insights, Decision Science, Communications, Planning and Media Investment, Creative X (In-house Creative and Production Agency), Media and Advertising Agencies, Growth Marketing and Product Management to enable informed business decisions and deliver marketing initiatives

Team support and communication: Support the team through effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and information distribution

Internal partnerships and influence: Work with a growing team of Brand Strategists, Integrated Marketers, Social & Communications teams to deliver on business priorities

Campaign reporting and updates: Track performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns, find new opportunity areas, and report success to leadership

Strategy & execution: Strategic, tactical, and executional responsibilities, such as define, implement, manage, and refine organizational operations, rhythms of business, and ways of working

Develop efficient and effective processes to manage Meta Marketing's critical work streams and priority launches

Build and manage workback schedules and hold members of the full cross-functional team accountable to deliver on time

Establish a communication structure to report out updates, progress, and project status to stakeholders

Support the implementation of annual planning processes

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in brand marketing for consumer tech brands of global scale

Work experience in technology, including understanding of technical audiences, products and technologies

Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with creative, research, analytics and digital marketing channel teams

Experience with creative production, managing external agencies or internal creative teams to build best in class campaign work

Content and digital marketing experience

In-depth experience in landing successful product value propositions with clear brand point of view

Experience in leading large multi-million dollar campaigns with an understanding of communications and media planning

Experience working with media and creative agencies, connecting brand & business agendas to develop breakthrough ideas for brand marketing

Extensive experience connecting product & brand marketing agenda, capacity to operate in both lanes

Experience bringing a tech product's brand positioning into product design & GTM

Public Compensation:

$122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
