Patent Associate with 2–3 years of experience
to join its growing intellectual property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career attorney who wants to work on
sophisticated patent matters
for high-caliber clients across a wide range of technologies. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with
strong academic credentials , excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of experienced patent attorneys. What You’ll Do
Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications across diverse technical areas Conduct patentability, freedom-to-operate, infringement, and validity analyses Advise clients on IP strategy, portfolio management, and patent enforcement What We’re Looking For
J.D. with
2–3 years of patent prosecution experience
from a law firm or in-house setting Strong academic record and references USPTO registration
required Active law license in DC, or eligibility to waive in Undergraduate degree in
Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science
