3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
(3-day weekends!) $18–$35/hr (based on experience) Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Ludlow uses E-Verify to confirm work eligibility in the U.S.

CNC Setup & Operator
and take pride in producing high-quality precision parts. You’ll set up and run CNC Mills, Lathes, and Swiss Turning Centers while ensuring every part meets blueprint specifications and customer expectations. What You’ll Do
Set up and operate CNC Mills, Lathes, and Swiss Turning Centers Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, programs, and routers Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges Maintain quality assurance records and meet engineering specifications Keep equipment running efficiently and support continuous improvement Report daily production in ERP system What We’re Looking For Required:
High school diploma or equivalent 5–10 years’ experience setting up/programming CNC milling & turning machines 3–5 years’ experience in machining Skilled with micrometers, calipers, and blueprint interpretation
Preferred:
