We are looking to hire a skilled CNC Milling Set-Up and Operator in Mundelein, IL. Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Pay Range: $35.00-$45.00/hr (Based on experience) Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC milling machines and CNC lathes (HAAS equipment) Operate collaborative robots (UR) for automated machine loading Read and interpret G-code and M-code Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and pin gauges Collaborate with team members to optimize tooling, fixtures, and programs Suggest Design for Manufacturing (DFM) improvements to reduce cost and complexity Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized work environment following 5S principles Support other operations as needed (EDM, Swiss, deburring) Requirements: 3+ years of experience in CNC mill setup and operation Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills Experience with robot-assisted machining (a plus) Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401(k) (non-matching) Paid Time Off (PTO) Life Insurance Tuition Reimbursement
