Position Overview: 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri As a Tig Welder, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding on various metal components using the Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding process. You will work with a variety of metals, including stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel, to produce precise and flawless welds. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate TIG welding equipment to join metal components according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and diagrams to determine welding requirements Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding, and cutting as needed Monitor welding process to ensure quality and make necessary adjustments Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications Troubleshoot and resolve any welding issues that may arise Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety protocols and procedures Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in TIG welding Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings Knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and welding equipment Ability to use hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and ability to produce precise and accurate welds Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed Valid welding certification is a plus Pharmaceutical, process piping or food experience is preferred If you are a skilled Tig Welder looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity with a reputable company, we encourage you to apply for this position.
