Welder Fabricators
for
industrial projects

Bloomington, IL . This is a full-time opportunity for skilled tradespeople who take pride in quality welds and precise fabrication work in demanding industrial environments. Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on structural steel and industrial components Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings Measure, cut, and fit metal using various tools and equipment Fabricate and assemble metal structures and frameworks Inspect welds for quality and compliance with specifications Maintain a safe and clean work area in an industrial setting Requirements: 2+ years of welding and fabrication experience in an industrial or structural setting Ability to read blueprints and fabricate with precision Experience with MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding (certifications a plus) Must have own basic tools and PPE Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic Ability to work independently or as part of a team Benefits: Competitive pay:
