Speech Language Pathologist Location: Carpentersville, IL Grade Level: High School Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite | 35 hours/week Salary Range: $60,000–$72,000 annually

About the Opportunity

AnthroMed Education is partnering with a collaborative high school in Carpentersville, IL to welcome a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2025–2026 school year. This role provides the opportunity to support adolescents as they prepare for life after graduation by delivering therapy services, conducting evaluations, and contributing to IEP development. With a manageable caseload, dedicated office space, and strong teamwork, this is a rewarding and sustainable opportunity to make an impact.

What You’ll Do

Provide speech and language therapy services for high school students Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and write IEP goals Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate as an active member of the interdisciplinary team Partner with teachers, case managers, school staff, and families to support student outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements Caseload Details

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License (IDFPR) Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills Experience with high school populations strongly preferred Why Join AnthroMed Education?
