Job Responsibilities Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and create personalized therapy strategies focused on helping them reach their functional objectives. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply research-driven practices to improve patients' everyday skills, cognitive functions, and overall well-being. Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to offer holistic care that meets all aspects of patient health. Guide Patients and Families: Teach patients and their loved ones effective therapy approaches to maintain progress outside of the clinical setting. Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor patients' improvement and modify treatment tactics as necessary, making sure they remain on the right track. Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Commitment to continued education and professional growth is appreciated and encouraged Certifications

Active

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license required NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification necessary Skills
