Training Administrator/Coordinator
to support training operations at
BAE Systems
in
Anniston, AL . This
1-year contract-to-hire
role will play a vital part in enabling employee development by coordinating training schedules, logistics, and records to ensure a seamless learner experience and compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, an effective communicator, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced defense manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Coordination & Scheduling Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and computer lab reservations Manage training room logistics, including setup, equipment, technology, and materials Support functional areas and vendors by preparing rosters, supplies, and job aids Maintain and monitor the training calendar to ensure visibility and avoid conflicts Coordinate site-wide training communications, updates, announcements, and reminders
New Hire Orientation Support Manage participant lists, send calendar invites, confirm attendance, and follow up as needed Serve as primary point of contact for participant inquiries and support Distribute pre-training communications and post-training feedback forms Track and report on evaluation results and participant insights
Recordkeeping & Compliance Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and completions in the
Learning Management System (LMS) Run compliance and participation reports to track status of training requirements Ensure all documentation meets internal policies and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications:
Strong
organizational and time management
skills with close attention to detail Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, M365 tools) Hands-on experience with
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
and training tracking tools Excellent
written and verbal communication skills Ability to
multi-task and collaborate
across teams and functions
