Insight Global is seeking a contract Recruiter to support our client in Goodyear, AZ. You'll be embedded in a fast-paced, high-impact environment focused on sourcing top engineering talent. You'll manage up to 8 requisitions at a time, many of which share similar skillsets, allowing for efficient pipeline building. A key part of your role will be driving hiring manager engagement. You'll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and managing candidate experience. Success in this role means being proactive, organized, and confident in navigating technical conversations with both candidates and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-4+ years of experience sourcing for engineering roles (mechanical, industrial, structural)
- Full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Ability to influence and gain hiring manager buy-in
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Prior experience recruiting in manufacturing or fabrication industries
- Comfort working with limited interview availability
