A partner of Insight Global is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Office Administrative Assistance to join their team in Goodyear, AZ. This role is fully onsite and will play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations and executive support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create professional slide decks and presentations for meetings and executive communications.
- Manage complex schedules and calendars for Executive HR Director, CEO, and COO, including meeting coordination and reminders.
- Take detailed notes during meetings and distribute summaries/action items as needed.
- Book and manage conference room reservations for internal and external meetings.
- Follow up with vendors regarding contracts, deliveries, and ongoing relationships.
- Assist with general office administration and support as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Goodyear, AZ.
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information.
