Numbers don’t lie, but sometimes they sure need rescuing. That’s where you come in. As an Accounting Clerk in Kalamazoo, you’ll bring order to the chaos—reconciling accounts, chasing down invoices, and keeping QuickBooks Online humming. It’s part puzzle, part detective work, and all about making the books tell the truth. If spreadsheets are your happy place, you’re going to feel right at home.
Our company builds ultra-high pressure pumping systems (50,000 psi level tough) used in heavy industry around the globe. We’ve got small-town Michigan grit combined with international reach, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
Each day, you’ll be sorting vendor invoices, inputting purchase orders, checking reconciliations, and supporting month-end and year-end close alongside our Finance & HR Director. You’ll also troubleshoot discrepancies with vendors and departments while keeping records neat and ready for review.
What We Offer
  • $20 per hour
  • Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (30–40 hours weekly)
  • Weekly pay schedule
  • Health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) plan
  • Temporary role with potential for permanent hire based on performance
  • $100 bonus for every friend you refer, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI

Qualifications
  • 2+ years accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables and v-lookups a plus)
  • Detail-focused with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently while still a team player
