Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team and support manufacturing operations by driving efficiency, improving processes, and ensuring product quality. The Process Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and support continuous improvement initiatives across production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve safety, efficiency, and quality.

• Implement and maintain process control systems, work instructions, and documentation in compliance with industry standards.

• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and scrap.

• Support new product launches, including process design, validation, and scale-up.

• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to resolve technical issues.

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and develop corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, TS 16949, and other applicable regulatory/quality standards.

• Provide training and mentorship to operators and technicians on new or revised processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).

• 2+ years of experience in process, manufacturing, or industrial engineering (automotive industry experience a plus).

• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools.

• Proficiency in AIAG core tools (FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, APQP).

• Experience with CAD, statistical analysis, and process simulation tools .

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
