Yearly Salary: $121000 to $125000 [ based on years of experience]
Hiring Bonus: Day shift $3500 sign on bonus

Responsibilities- As a Director of Staff Development (DSD RN), you will provide the necessary orientation, educational, and learning opportunities in a supportive environment that will assist staff in gaining the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to perform assigned duties safely and effectively.
- You will monitor the activities of nursing staff to ensure the quality of care complies with state, federal, and corporate standards.
- Additionally, you will direct the infection prevention and control program and oversee its activities.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or graduation from an approved RN program
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as RN in the state
- Knowledge of, or training in, adult learning or previous training experience
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
- Infection Prevention Certified
- Supervisory experience
- Experience with PointClickCare
