Wespath, recognized as a 2017-2025 Chicagos Best and Brightest Companies to Work For and a 2018-2025 National Best and Brightest Companies to Work For, has an opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst that is responsible for supporting Wespaths financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes. The analyst collaborates cross-functionally with business leaders to support financial planning and ensure alignment with company goals. The analyst also provides actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making and improve financial performance. More specifically, as a Senior Financial Analyst you will have the following key responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, identifying key trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Present findings from various financial analyses to business partners and organizational leadership, delivering clear insights to support strategic decision-making. Partner with business leaders to define and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), evaluate performance outcomes, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance goal achievement. Leverage analytical results to propose improvements to existing metrics or introduce new measures that better align with business objectives. Assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations for leadership and board meetings. Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capabilities. Support cost-benefit analysis and ad hoc financial projects. Hybrid working arrangement (two days per week in the office). The compensation range for this position is $125,000 - $137,000 with a bonus opportunity and customary benefits. Final compensation will be set based on the hired applicants qualifications (education, training, and/or experience related to this role), and as such, may fall outside the range shown. #LI-CW1 #LI-hybrid

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, economics or equivalent work experience. 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related field. Expert skills in MS Excel and financial modeling. Experience with enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Oracle Planning, and Power BI for data-driven planning and analysis. Preferred Qualifications: CPA designation.
