Your work will involve performing deep cleaning procedures of resident rooms, offices, and public areas. General cleaning duties will include mopping, scrubbing, waxing, polishing, dusting, sweeping, and buffing of floors, elevators, bathroom fixtures, and other items in the facility. You will also be responsible from emptying waste containers, disposing of trash and recyclables, and restocking supplies. Some of your duties will also include delivering supplies, moving furniture and equipment, and sanitizing bathrooms. Additionally, you will maintain a safe working environment and report all problems and unsafe conditions to supervisor, as well as assist with snow removal. Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week Work hours are 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM and 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM, rotating days and weekends, with a 30-minute lunch. A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination. This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
