EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or G.E.D. WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
At least six months experience working as a custodial/maintenance person in an office environment SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE

Able to lift and carry heavy objects including but not limited to: dressers, cribs, mattresses, box springs, etc. Ability to work a flexible schedule Experience patching, priming, painting walls and ceilings is a plus General Maintenance is a plus General Housekeeping skills RESPONSIBILITIES
Preventative maintenance changing filters and cleaning window air conditioner filters Landscaping Power washing Salting Replace florescent bulbs Dusting furniture Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Wiping down walls when needed (i.e. weekly basis and/or when marked) Cleaning/disinfecting door handles and telephones Stocking water cooler (change water jug and stock cups) Painting (as assigned) Disinfecting and cleaning toys in play area Cleaning the outside of building Moving paper/supplies when delivered Light snow removal (as assigned) Deliver and remove furniture to/from families serviced by ASCI (as assigned) Minor office maintenance (i.e. hang items on walls, tighten loose door handles, etc. Floor scrubbing, waxing, / buffing and spray buff to include Carpet cleaning and extracting Vehicle servicing Police the campus pick up debris sweep up around the entrance Clean All Glass interior and exterior and including all glass tables, Vending machines Deliver packages to the departments as needed Check Agency vehicles that all the windows are up and doors are locked and located inside the fenced lot, vehicles put in designated slots, report any damages Spot clean carpets as needed and fully clean sections suites/offices of carpets when required Fleet vehicles may be asked to fuel them, clean inside/out, and check fluid and refill as needed Assist with inventory management of agency cleaning and office supplies. Assist with maintenance of agency storage areas Assist with maintenance of agency's campus grounds Perform all General Service Duties Storage rooms must all be organized All other duties assigned FLEET RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage scheduling, servicing and up-keep/cleanliness of all agency vans and autos REQUIREMENTS
Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License Registered and insured vehicle Certificate of Insurance for vehicle Valid PA Inspection (even if vehicle is registered in another state) Valid/Clean Motor Vehicle Record Current Act 33, Police Clearance and FBI Clearance City/County travel
SCHEDULE:
Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm; 5 days per week (Wednesday - Sunday)
OR
Hours 7:00 am - 3:30 pm; 4 days per week (Tuesday - Friday)
PLUS
Hours 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm; 1 day per week (Monday)
This position will report to the General Service Leadership Team
