Position Summary: The Human Resources Representative interacts with all external and internal guests that arrive in the HR office. They assist with the guest's needs, provide resources and support, and facilitate partnership with all areas of HR. This position also provides administrative support to Human Resources as needed.

Essential Functions: 1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values. 2. Answer incoming calls and partner with correct resource to provide information to guest. 3. Assist all guests when they visit Human Resources and partner with correct resource to provide information to guest. 4. Issue badges for Team Members, Tenants, Vendors, TGC and FIGR. 5. Assist Team Members with navigating and entering personal information in ADP. 6. Assist Recruiting with Open House applicants and candidates scheduled for interviews. 7. Assist Team Members with uploading documents in ADP. This includes: benefits and leave documents and licenses and certifications. 8. Assist Team Members with shift swaps in ADP. 9. Assist Engagement with Team Member sign-ups for events and raffles. 10. Process resignation letters, PTO pay off and tuition reimbursement forms. 11. Verify Form I-9 documentation and resolve E-Verify issues. 12. Process licenses and certifications in ADP. 13. Communicate anniversary gift process. 14. Run reports as directed. 15. Collect and upload all job descriptions in ADP. 16. Sort and distribute mail. 17. Maintain inventory of supplies and submit order requests to HR Manager. 18. Perform other projects as assigned.

Non-Essential Functions: 1. Keep work area, including desk drawers, clean and clutter free. 2. Restock check printer with specific check paper. Notify HR Manager when supplies are low.

Required Qualifications: 1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form. 2. Bilingual in Spanish; ability to read, write and speak fluently

3. High School Diploma or equivalent required. 4. Must have basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Service-oriented demeanor and ability to relate well with a wide variety of people. 6. Ability to maintain confidentiality. 7. Must be flexible and able to handle tasks and establish priorities effectively. 8. Ability to work independently utilizing critical thinking skills and exercise good decision-making without direct supervision. 9. Timely follow-through and attention to detail on all projects with excellent organizational and multi tasking skills.

Physical Requirements: 1. Ability to walk throughout the shift as needed. 2. Ability to sit for the duration of shift. 3. Ability to stoop, squat, crouch, reach, grasp and kneel throughout the shift as needed. 4. Ability to view a computer monitor for duration of shift. 5. Ability to communicate on the telephone and in person with internal and external guests. 6. Ability to read and write in English. 7. Coordination and mobility to access all areas on property. 8. Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment.

Work Conditions: Work is typically in an office environment. Work may be performed in small areas with a 3 ft. wide access. Most tasks are performed from a sitting position. These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area. Work may entail trained chemical usage. Constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests.
