Ag Partners is hiring: Seasonal Truck Drivers in Morristown

Join our team as a Seasonal Truck Driver and help with spring operations by driving a semi or straight truck to deliver products to the field. Our busy fall season usually runs September to mid-November. Hours can be flexible, and you must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) vehicle and deliver products to designated locations.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain effective communication.
• Handle repetitive lifting (up to 55 pounds) and ensure accuracy in loading and unloading.
• Be available to work extended hours during the busy season as needed.

Qualifications

• A Class A or B CDL and a valid DOT health card.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including extended shifts during peak times.

Preferred Qualifications

• Seasonal (180 day) CDL may be sufficient in certain circumstances.
• Basic product knowledge to identify and load correctly.
• Tanker and/or HazMat endorsement to haul certain products.

The starting pay range for this position is $21.00 to $22.50 per hour with a valid CDL, depending on job-related skills and experience.

Temporary employees are eligible to join the 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match of up to 4% and an additional match based on years of service. Employees in this position will earn Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) after working 30 hours per week.
