Boston, MA02110 3 Months+ (Temp to Engage) Shift: 7 am - 4 pm The Conference & Hospitality Services Associate is responsible for delivering outstanding client service through the coordination, setup, and maintenance of conference rooms, events, and hospitality areas. This role ensures that all facilities, supplies, and equipment are well-organized, clean, and fully functional to provide an excellent workplace experience. Key Responsibilities
Provide consistent, high-quality food and beverage setup and service for meetings and events.
Set up and break down conference rooms according to event requirements (tables, chairs, podiums, AV equipment, food and beverages).
Maintain cleanliness and organization of conference rooms, kitchens, and hospitality areas, including regular sweeps and equipment upkeep.
Assist with food preparation, serving, and cleaning duties, following hygienic handling procedures.
Restock and monitor inventory of supplies, beverages, and equipment for kitchens, pantries, and meeting rooms.
Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment (coffee machines, refrigerators, microwaves, ice machines, dishwashers, etc.).
Perform occasional office maintenance tasks (trash removal, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, window washing, restroom and breakroom restocking).
Support office services including reception, mailroom, shipping/receiving, copying, and clerical duties as needed.
Greet clients, guests, and staff in a professional and customer-oriented manner.
Ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Some hospitality and/or office services experience preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer and office equipment skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
May require a valid driver’s license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per company policy.
