BluePrint Engines & Origin Engines BluePrint Engines (performance crate engines) and Origin Engines (industrial/utility OEM engines) are seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen our brands across the aftermarket and OEM sectors. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving sales strategy, brand positioning, OEM relationships, and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
Lead sales and marketing strategy for both BluePrint (aftermarket/performance) and Origin (OEM/industrial). Build and grow OEM partnerships, including managing long sales cycles, contracts, and program launches. Strengthen dealer, distributor, and key account relationships in the performance aftermarket. Continue DTC growth in Performance aftermarket. Oversee marketing campaigns, trade shows, sponsorships, and digital initiatives. Collaborate with engineering, product development, and operations to align sales with customer needs. Set sales goals, manage performance metrics, and drive profitable growth. Qualifications
10+ years of sales & marketing leadership. Proven success in building OEM relationships and managing aftermarket Distribution and DTC. Strong understanding of OEM sales cycles and technical requirements. Experience with both traditional and digital marketing. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
