Senior Product Designer will contribute to the product design team and uphold standard processes in user experience design. You will align features with business and customer needs, and guide user experience designers toward intuitive, innovative digital experiences. Job Responsibilities
Lead and guide a small team of designers to ensure high-quality output, while crafting and evolving design principles, guidelines and patterns. Produce user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI using design systems with minimal oversight. Demonstrate benchmarking and competitive analysis. Collaborate with project and product managers to plan, build and implement projects, balancing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Work with Development, Research, Product Management, Design and Accessibility to maintain consistency across the digital ecosystem and address cross-application design challenges. Provide high-level design strategy across the company with collaborators presenting to leadership on a weekly basis. Offer feedback and direction to ensure intuitive and innovative solutions, driving consistency following established design principles, guidelines and patterns. Apply strong consulting, partnership and problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguous environments. Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience required. Work Experience
Required: 4+ years of related experience. Preferred: 3+ years Figma experience Strong communication skills Sophisticated user journey experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Base Pay Range: $97,300 - $175,500 Corporate Bonus Target: 15% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. Actual pay will be based on location, qualifications and experience and may vary within this range. Most corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance. Certain positions in Customer Care may be eligible for monthly bonuses based on performance.
