The Senior Manager, HCP Marketing, will support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives and resources targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs) to support Braeburn’s commercial objectives. This role will be responsible for designing and optimizing personal and non-personal promotional assets across the HCP ecosystem, including digital channels, field resources, CRM, and conference engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of HCP marketing, including specialty pharmacy and buy-and-bill dynamics, and will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with brand strategy, compliance, and market access. This individual will play a key role in shaping the customer experience and driving brand growth through innovative, insight-driven marketing. Specific Duties
Support the development and execution of HCP marketing strategy across personal and non-personal channels. Design and optimize promotional assets including digital media, CRM, Rep-triggered emails, websites, and field tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Market Access, Trade, Patient Support, Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory) to ensure alignment and execution. Develop creative briefs and oversee agency execution of messaging and tactics to effectively support the brand, while identifying opportunities to leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance efficiency, operations, and performance. Navigate promotional materials through the medical, legal, and regulatory review process. Monitor ROI and performance of marketing tactics; recommend optimizations. Leverage analytics and market research to inform segmentation, targeting, and channel mix. Support strategic brand planning and lead key workstreams from ideation to execution. Manage marketing budgets and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of initiatives. Represent marketing at industry events and customer engagements to gather insights and feedback. Skills
Strategic thinker with ability to translate insights into actionable marketing tools and resources from concept to execution. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority. Experience managing external agencies and vendors. Deep understanding of compliance, regulatory, and legal considerations in pharma marketing. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to travel 10-15% for meetings and events. Education/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required. 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in marketing or related functions (e.g., sales, market access, analytics). Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals and HCP marketing preferred. Experience in launching or supporting new products in a highly regulated environment.
