We are seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to partner with the Senior Vice President, Product Marketing. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor who works with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality, understanding the priorities of the SVP while balancing relationships across various functional and business teams. You will partner closely with the SVP’s key business leaders to optimize workflows, communication, and partnerships across the global team. You will also participate in special projects and initiatives for the SVP. This position is a core member of Sandisk’s administrative team and will hold an influential role with the administrative support teams within the Product Marketing organization and across the company. Responsibilities

Calendar Management: Own the SVP’s calendar; coordinate across C-suite executives, business partners, and team members by prioritizing schedules and qualifying requests. Proactively solicit agendas and manage attendee lists. Meeting Planning and Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and organizing of internal and external meetings, team offsites, and organization-wide meetings. Obtain briefing documents for key internal/external meetings and create briefing packets for business trips. Correspondence/Approvals: Act as a proxy for communications and approvals as authorized. Serve as a source for general inquiries and refer routine matters to appropriate parties. Travel: Manage complex international and domestic travel. Carefully consider and decide on optimum travel arrangements and itineraries. Process passports and visas as needed. Tool Management: Manage expense reports, POs, and become a tool champion for Sandisk’s internal systems. Coordinate with executive technical support teams in advance of meetings and events to ensure optimal use of technology. Projects: Partner with the Chief of Staff and HR Business Partner on special projects, including researching issues, analyzing problems, and determining appropriate approaches. Leadership: Cascade organizational information to administrative team members. Provide support and mentorship where needed and help identify and create avenues for development and opportunity. In general, daily tasks are carried out at a higher level of complexity. Leverage your administrative expertise to stay two steps ahead of your executive; your job will be to problem-solve, intuitively understand priorities, and plan for recurring events and tasks. Additional Information

Additional Expectation Daily presence required in the Milpitas office. Potential travel: 15-20% at most Admin will take action items, note track, and provide on-the-ground help with logistics, meeting set up, logistics, and catering. Compensation & Benefits Details An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, ability, and job performance. The salary range is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting and may be adjusted in the future; applicable to certain locations. Non-exempt employees may be eligible for overtime pay and, depending on the shift, a shift differential. Eligibility to participate in Sandisk's incentive plans, including Short-Term Incentive (STI) and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programs where applicable.
