Job Responsibilities Craft Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and design tailored therapy strategies aimed at helping them reach their personal functional objectives Apply Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methods to advance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and everyday activities Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work side by side with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, all-encompassing care Educate Patients and Families: Provide training and guidance on therapy methods to ensure sustained progress in home settings Track and Record Progress: Monitor clinical benchmarks and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on a successful path Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Continued education or advanced certifications welcomed and supported Licenses & Certifications

license NBCOT
(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory Essential Skills
