$1,880 - $2,020 Labor & Delivery RN Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota or compact state Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification Labor & Delivery Nurse Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality patient care to laboring mothers and newborns in an acute care hospital setting Monitor fetal and maternal status, interpret fetal heart tracings, and respond to obstetric emergencies Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams Document patient care using Allscripts - Paragon electronic health record system Educate patients and families on postpartum care, newborn health, and recovery
