Title: UKG Ready HR SR Consultant
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities
Implement the UKG Ready solution, focusing on HR modules such as: HR Core Benefits Performance & Compensation Learning People Analytics ACA Management Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations. Migrate and validate timekeeping data during implementations. Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on timekeeping processes and system usage. Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones (without direct project management responsibilities).
Required Skills & Experience
Strong functional experience with HCM systems, especially UKG Ready, with a focus on HR implementations. Hands-on expertise in UKG Ready configuration and deployment. Solid understanding of U.S. HR compliance, including state-specific requirements and best practices. Strong experience with Benefit Administration and Plan Setup. Ability to interpret Workforce Management, HR, and Payroll needs and configure systems accordingly. Comfortable working within structured project environments (discovery, build, test, go-live). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions. Experience in training delivery and user support.
