As the Cloud Infrastructure Engineer for the Tinder Resiliency team, you will work on building and maintaining robust, reliable, and highly available systems. Our mission is to ensure that our services are observable, predictable, and resilient against failures, so that users experience consistent, high-quality service, even when things go wrong internally. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Maintain AWS EKS clusters with Terraform, Terragrunt. Build Grafana dashboards and SSO integrations for internal tools. Coordinate outage resolutions. Actively looking for refining Site Reliability Engineering processes and tools. Collaborate with various technical and functional teams across our company Participate in architecture, design, and code reviewsRecruit, encourage and develop other team members What we’re looking for:

5-7+ years of software development experience 1-2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure or other cloud providers Strong communication skills and a passion to drive projects from start to finish Good experience with languages like Python, GoExcellent knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals Kubernetes, Envoy, or service-mesh experience Experience managing a CI/CD platform (Buildkite, Jenkins, Spinnaker, etc.) Experience with cloud networking (VPC, ELB, Route53/DNS, etc.) BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or similar subject area Salary Range:

$170,000 - $180,000 a year Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
