We’re seeking a
Senior Project Manager
to take ownership of high-impact transformation projects across people, process, data, and technology. Sitting within the Enterprise Continuous Improvement team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of operations by leading strategic initiatives from planning through delivery. This is a chance to step into a visible role where your ability to influence, solve problems, and deliver results will directly drive business outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing
Lead projects end-to-end:
From scope definition to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and governance standards are met. Drive meaningful change:
Translate strategic vision into actionable plans that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. Partner across the business:
Collaborate with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to deliver innovative solutions. Champion improvement:
Conduct gap analysis, design future-state processes, oversee testing, and manage implementation. Communicate with impact:
Facilitate discussions, create executive-level presentations, and ensure clear alignment at every stage. What We’re Looking For
5–8 years of experience in
project management and process transformation , ideally in financial services. A proven track record of delivering projects that combine people, process, data, and technology. Strong background in
business process mapping
and translating problems into measurable solutions. Excellent
stakeholder and change management
skills – you can influence and build trust at every level. A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and fast-paced execution cycles. Certifications in PMI, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or ADKAR are highly valued. Experience in alternatives or private equity is a plus. What’s In It for You?
