Responsibilities
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining profitability through effective cost controls.
Lead operational strategies to meet and exceed company goals for quality, customer service, and profitability.
Guide and mentor your team to ensure exceptional service, cleanliness, and adherence to Papa John’s standards.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards.
Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both staff and customer relationships effectively.
3+ years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
Strong leadership abilities with a passion for building and developing high-performing teams.
Solid experience in financial management, including budgeting and profit and loss analysis.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere.
Compensation $45,000 - $75,000 per year
