Responsibilities
Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste. Lead and execute operational strategies to achieve business goals for customer satisfaction, product quality, and profitability. Guide and mentor your team to ensure exceptional service, cleanliness, and adherence to Papa John’s standards. Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing profit and loss. Qualifications
Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to build, motivate, and lead teams. Excellent communication skills to effectively manage both staff and customer relations. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings. 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Solid experience in budget management and financial analysis to drive profitability.
