What you´ll do
Drive the creation and launch of new brands and strategic innovations in partnership with the US brand strategy team Manage the end-to-end New Product Development process, including product development, go-to-market planning & communications Manage and mentor one direct report, fostering professional development and building strong innovation capabilities within the team Track and report brand performance, making recommendations to optimize growth and ensure financial goals are met Develop and oversee 360° marketing campaigns for new product launches across all touchpoints, ensuring consistent brand voice and impactful execution. Partner closely with global headquarters to ensure concepts, design, launch assortments, and communication strategies align with global direction while tailoring execution for the U.S. market. Create pitch material, marketing story and partner with Sales to secure retailer support Build out and manage budget Lead Market research to ensure product, packaging and concepts align with US consumers
