Atrium Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to join our well-established urology practice in a welcoming rural community at Atrium Health Urology Lincoln in Lincolnton, NC. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with a 4-day work week (10-hour shifts), no weekends or holidays, and a schedule that includes 75-80% outpatient and 20-25% inpatient care. Weekday call from home on a rotating basis (minimal volume). Pay Range: $46.55 - $69.85 Position Highlights

Functions as an independent healthcare provider in collaboration with a multidisciplinary health team Assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination for outpatient/inpatient settings Clinical knowledge across etiologies, risk factors, pathophysiology and presentations of urologic conditions Conduct history and physicals; order and interpret diagnostic tests; develop and adjust plans of care Counsel patients and families; maintain accurate EMR documentation Provide care within scope of practice; perform bedside procedures and participate in clinic staff direction Inpatient responsibilities include daytime hospital consultations, rounding, and potential OR assistance; limited weekly overnight call Procedures performed independently as outlined in practice agreements (examples listed in original job description) Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with 1+ years of urology or surgical experience (new grads with strong clinical backgrounds considered) Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program; current NC NP/PA license; prescriptive privileges and DEA license; BLS required Nurse practitioners: master’s or doctorate in nursing; Acute Care NP certification required for inpatient; Family/Adult NP acceptable for outpatient Physician Assistants: NCCPA certification preferred Education & Onboarding
