Assurance Audit Manager – Public Accounting An established American investment firm is seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to join our expanding team. Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and firm standards Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and presenting key findings to senior leadership Oversee audit testing for complex areas such as revenue, inventory, debt, and equity, while reviewing team deliverables Evaluate internal controls, identify business risks, and provide actionable recommendations Manage engagement economics including budgeting, billing, and resource allocation Mentor and train audit staff, while driving process improvements and leveraging automation tools to enhance efficiency What You Bring
CPA license (active or in progress required) 5+ years of public accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role Strong command of US GAAP, PCAOB standards, and risk-based auditing principles Proven ability to manage teams and multiple engagements simultaneously Preferred Qualifications
