Job Description
Responsibilities for Project Superintendent - Commercial Construction in Los Angeles
Manage daily on-site activities and ensure compliance with project plans and safety regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues proactively. Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets established standards. Communicate project updates and milestones to project managers and clients. Maintain accurate documentation, including schedules, reports, and safety records. Resolve on-site conflicts and challenges efficiently to minimize delays. Foster a positive and professional work environment for all team members.
