Software Support Specialist

The Appraisal Clerical Lead serves as an advanced knowledge resource for appraisal terminology, clerical project flow, and software systems, ensuring accurate and timely completion of clerical and data entry functions. They also assist in resolving discrepancies in property data and perform quality control checks, contributing to successful project execution. The Property Data Collector inspects a variety of residential or commercial/industrial properties to ensure that the property record reflects current and accurate property characteristics. Collects detailed and comprehensive property data and verifies accuracy of previously collected data. Identifies use of building and building features. Records new and/or updated information on field documents and/or mobile field application devices. Roles span responsibilities from software development and data engineering to HR, project management, product management, consulting, training, sales, and customer support. The following sections include representative responsibilities found across roles such as but not limited to: Developing, configuring, and delivering Tyler software products and services across multiple domains (public sector, government, education, healthcare, transportation, and enterprise ERP). Providing technical analysis, system design, implementation, testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and security assessments. Managing projects, programs, or teams; coordinating with stakeholders; ensuring timely delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, sales, customer success, and operations. Designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based solutions, databases, APIs, and web services (primarily AWS/.NET/Angular/SQL). Building and refining data models, ETL pipelines, dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights. Engaging in client-facing activities, requirements gathering, training, knowledge transfer, and delivering high-quality service. Complying with corporate policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements; promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
